About the Role
- BiPlus is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Senior Tester to join our eCommerce Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting a major international client.
- The project focuses on operating a large-scale, multi-country eCommerce platform built on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- This is a business-focused testing role. Beyond executing test cases, you will be expected to understand how products, pricing, promotions, and orders should function from an end-customer perspective. Your responsibility is to ensure that all business configurations and monthly platform releases work accurately and meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Configuration Testing: Validate product pricing, promotions, discounts, vouchers, and eCommerce platform configurations against business requirements before go-live.
- Regression & Sanity Testing: Perform monthly regression and sanity testing in the production environment, covering critical customer journeys from product browsing and selection to checkout, payment, and order confirmation.
- Business Validation Testing (BVT): Design and execute test cases for new features and system enhancements, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met before release.
- Defect Management & Reporting: Log, track, and retest defects using Jira; prepare accurate test reports and provide supporting evidence and documentation through Confluence.
- Release & Campaign Support: Support major product launches, promotional campaigns, and post-release verification activities.
- Collaboration & SLA Compliance: Collaborate closely with business and technical teams across multiple countries to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Test Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain test cases, checklists, and business rules to support continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software testing/QA, with hands-on experience testing eCommerce platforms built on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- eCommerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes, including product pricing, promotions, shopping carts, checkout, payment, order management, and delivery workflows.
- Testing Skills: Strong experience in test case design, regression testing, sanity testing, UAT/BVT, and defect management.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- English Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLA commitments.
- Willingness to work in shifts and support occasional after-hours or weekend testing during system releases and major product launches.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: VND 40–50 million/month.
- Shift Allowance: Additional allowances for shift-based work.

Working Location
- BiPlus Hanoi Office: Floors 3–6, 85 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month, following the project’s shift-based work schedule.
