About the Role
- We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer (eCommerce Business Testing) to join a dedicated eCommerce Operations Centre of Excellence serving one of our key international clients — a multi-country enterprise online store platform built on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- This is a business-focused testing role. You will not just execute test steps — you will understand how products, prices, promotions, and orders should behave for the end customer, and verify that every configuration and every monthly platform release works exactly as the business intends.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Configuration Testing: Verify product pricing, promotions, discounts, vouchers, and eCommerce platform configurations against business requirements before go-live.
- Regression & Sanity Testing: Execute monthly regression and sanity tests on production, covering critical customer journeys from product browsing to checkout, payment, and order confirmation.
- Business Validation Testing (BVT): Prepare and execute test cases for new features and enhancements, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met before release.
- Defect Management & Reporting: Log, track, and retest defects using Jira; provide accurate test reports and supporting evidence through Confluence.
- Release & Campaign Support: Support major product launches, promotional campaigns, and post-release verification activities.
- Collaboration & SLA Compliance: Work closely with business and technical teams across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Test Documentation: Maintain test cases, checklists, and business rules to support continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software testing/QA, in eCommerce, online retail, or order management systems.
- eCommerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of product pricing, promotions, shopping cart, checkout, payment, order management, and delivery processes.
- Testing Skills: Solid experience in test case design, regression testing, sanity testing, UAT/BVT, and defect management.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Communication: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Working Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs and deadlines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support occasional weekend or after-hours testing during releases and product launches.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SQL, API testing (Postman), or ISTQB certification is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: VND 25–30 million/month.

Working Location
BiPlus Hanoi Office – Floors 3–6, 85 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30.
- Work two Saturdays per month, according to the company’s work schedule.
